Ingredients
Grains & Seeds
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 1 tbsp sesame seed
- 2 tbsp whole oats substitute wheat or buckwheats; rotate them
Blender
- 4 tbsp yogurt plain
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1 tsp flax seed oil or sunflower oil
- 1 banana
- Any fruit of choice

Instructions
- Grind the grains and seeds together. Set aside. Put the blender ingredients in the blender and blend like a milkshake. Then add the grains and seeds after grinding and blend again. This recipe is from my Swiss friends, R&M.
