Part of getting back on track was to drop some of the “several pounds” I gained over the last year or so.  It wasn’t a large weight gain but enough to make me want to go out a buy a new wardrobe.  I do love shopping but want to buy for my desired weight. Over the last year, I’ve found myself sitting at my iPad playing a silly cooking computer game.
